Ok, this is just an update. We successfully got Wndows3 to run on the new server hardware.. now the fun stuff begins. Originally we were going to let windows3 run on its own... but for some reason the old windows3 just decided to die, so what we are going to do is put the new one online.. but we will be running upgrades on it which will take sites down.  Between each upgrade, we will verify that web sites and email are working, and then shut it down, make a backup at that point in time, and start up again to do the next upgrade.  This is going to be a long process, and it sucks that Plesk requires us to do 3 upgrades to get to the latest version, but once we are there, you guys will be very happy.

Anyhow, just hang tight, you will soon be on a much more powerful server!

Re: Windows3 is currently down... well. not much longer

Can you tell us how much longer "not much longer" is? Its 7:19am PST and we do not have email and our site is down.

If you can just get us loaded to email we'd appreciate it.

It is 8:00 AM Sunday and our site is working but everything on it is distorted, pictures are not showing up etc. I thought it was us and so I've been trying to correct the issue. Is it possible in the future to send a mass email telling the users that the site is going down so we won't send hours trying to fix something that we can't fix?

since you have changed we have had problems, the site is down quite a lot and still cant resolve permission problems, I assume I should be allowed to change these in control panel but I have tried many times but dont seem to have access, I cant get a proper reply from your selves, Live chat said it was something they had to resolve and support said I should be able to change.
